As of March 3, 2014, the PLOS journal policy requires "authors to make all data underlying the findings described in their manuscript fully available without restriction, with rare exception". A summary of the policy can be found on the PLOS One Community Blog and details about acceptable sharing methods, unacceptable access restrictions, and additional notes and guidance are available at the PLOS One Website.
Similarly the American Geophysical Union updated its publications data policy in December 2013, and now states that “all data necessary to understand, evaluate, replicate, and build upon the reported research must be made available and accessible whenever possible.” More information on the AGU data policy can be found at the AGU Website.
Please contact rdmsg-help@cornell.edu if you would like assistance with sharing your data.
